Returns & Refunds We want you to enjoy every drop of your TERA fragrance.

• Testers (3ml): Non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons
• Full-size Products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
